The concept was to have the butterflies discover something unique in their world. Dreamy summer colors were used to illustrate a perfect summer day while also giving it a retro feel with desatured yellows and greens. The ripped paper was added to simulate the feeling of looking into the world below as If it doesn't really exist.

We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it. To help support the Literature community we hold regular contests. It is an opportunity for you to get involved and gain some exposure. Contest winners will be featured in a news article and a journal entry--as well as other fabulous prizes.
